Green Top Market takes pride in contributing to the well-being of your community and health by supporting small, local, diverse organic farms. Organic meats are just one of the many “green” avenues we take to help our community stay well fed with healthy, natural, and local products.
Cured olives are olives which have been dry cured and then soaked in olive oil to restore their plumpness and act as a preservative. Green Top Market stocks oil cured olives, along with an assortment of other olive varieties, depending on the season and local availability.
When deciding on a cheese it’s important to understand exactly what you’re buying. Cheese, at least GOOD cheese starts with milk. There are over 300 varieties in the United States, that’s a whole lot to choose from. At GreenTop Market we pride ourselves on our cheese, being in Vermont it would be a crime not to. We are pleased to provide you with this guide as a way to make the selection of the appropriate variety much simpler.
